Another blockbuster sale on Sudbury St. - a Cambridge model came up for sale at $579,900 - lovely suite with tandem built-in garage and in a lovely private courtyard - just not as many upgrades and no deck overtop the longer garage so it was priced accordingly. And yet the buying public said it was worth more - the selling price was $630,000!
So now that's the 3rd sale on Sudbury St. in the $600,000 range - a new level of perceived value has been reached and it's here to stay - that means all of the other sized models are also more valueable - recently an upper 2 bedroom 850 sq ft, Emerson model, on the south side of Sudbury was asking $309,000 and sold for $336,000. All of the most recent sales on Sudbury St. have sold for above their asking price! Good news for owners! :)
