Thankfully the talk about a pedestrian/cyclist link is resurfacing! March 9th a public open house will be held over at the Liberty Market Building between 7 - 9 pm. They want the resident's opinion on where the location of this link would serve us best!!

Sudbury St. - you should know!

After living almost 10 1/2 years on this street I still am amazed at how neighbourly everyone is. Once people come to live here they start to realize that it's the Canadian Melrose Place - everyone socializes and is friendly with one another - especially if you have a dog! And the sense of care amongst all is very genuine. I've been wondering - is it unique to Sudbury St or are there others that share that same experience where they live?

I have a townhome listed in Liberty Village and there are 6 offers registered on it right now with another 2 - 3 other agents that have not yet committed but think they will also have an offer for my seller.
After tonight there will be several buyers out there that are disappointed! They have put their pen to paper and committed to buying only there's not enough out there to buy and they are having to resort to bidding above the asking price in order to be the lucky buyer that gets to give call that address their new home.
